Third time that I encountered that the chicken was so cold compared to the standard temperature of the famous jollibee chicken joy.
Crews are grumpy and feels like they don’t want to work at all. Filipino working there are destroying the credibility and the standard of Jollibee when it comes to good customer service and serving standard food.
There is also one time I paid by cash and I ask for a receipt and the crew just gave me different receipt and told me he punch my order by mistake but I didn’t saw him punching on the POS.
Please do something about this, And for all the Pinoy crews there, you know that Jollibee is home for us Filipinos right? So don’t take it away from us Kabayan!
